Terms for the public preview.

These terms describe the intended boundaries of the ABASS V1 public experience. They are a product-preview baseline and must receive formal legal review before a full commercial launch.

Preview status

ABASS is in active development. Features, providers, availability, access paths and interfaces may change. A roadmap label, preview surface or demonstration output is not a promise that a capability is currently available.

Information, not financial advice

ABASS provides market information, software interfaces and research-oriented context. Nothing on the public site is personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice; an offer; a solicitation; or a guarantee of any outcome.

Market data

Market data can be live, delayed, stale or unavailable. Source, market status, exchange conditions, network conditions, caching and technical failures can affect accuracy or timeliness. You are responsible for verifying information before acting.

Demonstration outputs

Any row, decision, confidence field, chart or intelligence result labelled illustrative, preview, pending or offline demonstrates product structure only. It must not be treated as a current model output or trading recommendation.

Terminal and execution

Wallet connection, signing and execution take place in the separately deployed terminal and carry additional technical and market risks. The landing page is read-only and must not be used to transmit private keys, seed phrases or signed orders.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access boundaries or provider restrictions; interfere with the service; misuse third-party data; or use ABASS for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

ABASS relies on and links to independent data, charting, infrastructure and publication providers. Their services, terms, licences and availability remain their responsibility.

Liability and review

The preview is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. A final governing-law clause, company identity, liability framework and dispute process must be completed through professional legal review before commercial launch.
